Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition received, with accessories included where applicable. Devices must not be damaged, opened, tampered with or repaired by a third party.

Faulty Items

If your device develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty items will be inspected and handled in line with UK consumer law and our 12-Month Hive Guarantee.

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Cracked screens or impact damage
  • Third-party repair attempts
  • Misuse, negligence or software modification
