We aim to describe every product accurately, including model, storage, colour, grade and condition. Device grading relates to cosmetic condition only. All devices are professionally tested and fully functional unless clearly stated otherwise.

Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability, payment approval and security checks. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary.

Delivery

We offer UK delivery on online orders. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, payment verification and courier service.

Warranty

Eligible devices are backed by our 12-Month Hive Guarantee. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, third-party repairs or normal cosmetic wear.

Returns & Refunds

Online customers may have cancellation rights under UK distance selling rules. Returned items must be in the same condition received and include supplied accessories where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. GadgetsHive is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, third-party repairs, unauthorised modification or accidental damage after purchase.
